“My name is Tim, and my journey with food began long before I moved to Trail. With a degree in Food Technology and years of experience in the industry, I’ve always viewed cooking as a perfect balance of science and soul.
When I moved to British Columbia, I brought more than just my professional background; I brought my family’s recipes—most importantly, my wife’s Pho. At SEN Origin, we don’t take shortcuts. Our broth is a labor of love, simmered for 12 hours to achieve the clarity and depth that defines authentic Vietnamese soul food.
Currently working within our local healthcare system at KBRH, I understand the importance of quality and care in everything we consume. This pop-up at Warfield Hall is the first step in sharing the ‘Origin’ of my heritage with the community I now call home. We aren’t just serving soup; we’re serving a piece of our history.
