This isn’t your average fast-food soup. At SEN Origin, we wake up at 3:00 AM to craft our broth the traditional way. We extract deep, rich flavors from 100% real beef bones, roasted ginger, charred onions, and toasted star anise using commercial pressure cookers. No shortcuts. No “Sysco” bases. Just pure, uncompromised Vietnamese soul food.

Broth was excellent! Very delicious yum! Noodles over cooked, soft and broken apart. We ordered 4 bowls and one bowl, the noodles were firmer. Portions could be a bit bigger for the price but I understand costs are high. I would like more fresh bean sprouts personally. The cookies were a nice touch. You should do a pop up pho restaurant in Nelson. Especially in the winters. Thanks, we will come again and recommend to others.
The pho is delicious, the meatballs have that bouncy texture I love, the beef is tender, and I LOVE that they separate the noodles and herbs so they don’t get all soggy when I get back to the office.

Our pho was so delicious. The broth was incredible and the beef was so tender. Honestly one of the best noodle soups I've ever had. Can't wait for the next pop-up!
